Build an Online Store with Shopify and Oberlo

Hello, i am looking for an experienced full-stack developer who is able to set up a Shopify Store and add some products through Oberlo. Now here comes the difficult part: The items in the store can only be bought via an auction. These auctions will only last a couple of minutes - until no one is bidding anymore, or nobody bid after a set time intervall of 1 minute. After the item was auctioned off or nobody bid on it, it changes place with another product. (List of XXX Products - it rotates through) Each auction starts at 1$ + Shipping, and increase by 1$ with each bid, as soon 10$ are reached, every further bid increases the price by 2$. The bidding is completly free for the user. To prevent users from bidding on everything without the intent of actually buying, every user is required to pay any outstanding won auctions before being allowed to bid again. Bidders are required to have an account on the website in order to bid. (Social Login or Email). Imagine a shop with different categories each populated with 20 products at any given time users can bid on. On the whole it should work like [login to view URL] but without the need for 3rd party seller. ([login to view URL] - might be usable for realizing the auctions but the css and overall settings need to be adjusted) If wordpress / woocommerce is more suitable for this kind of project i am open to that too.
