Hi there, I will build script for you, using PHP. Here is how it is going to work. On the home page, you will have 2 file upload fields. Upon uploading the pdf files from both the fields, the script will process both the files and in the next page, it will show the 2 sections. First section will show common transaction and the second sections will show transactions which have differences. I hope I got it right, or please do let me know. Also do you want to store those transactions from both files in database and/or do you want a option of downloading a pdf file, with transaction from both the files. Do let me know.
