PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID Hello we are looking to hire a developer or a team of developers who can build from scratch a custom coded web based application with user signup phase , user login , admin login and back end portal . we have hostgator and have Linux dedicated server which has enough storage and ram for this project. we have a strict deadline of 1 week (7 days ) to have this project fully completed and delivered on time. THIS IS NOT A MOBILE APPLICATION , THIS IS A WEB APPLICATION . WE ARE LOOKING TO HAVE IT BUILT USING Codeigniter, jQuery, HTML, CSS and more. . PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH YOU ALL DAY EVERYDAY WE NEED SOMEONE TO DEDICATE ATLEAST 18 + HOURS A DAY ON THIS PROJECT. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID IF YOU CANT MAKE THE DEADLINE. We pay/ bill hourly up to $65.00 a hour we do not create milestones or award milestones. on this project we pay by the total number of hours and activity you log via the tracker. please do not submit a bid if you do not agree to work hourly with us on the project. this is not up for debate please do not contact us debating about payments. because we do not create milestones or pay in advance or pay daily so please do not waste our time asking. this is a very serious project we need 100% quality and assurance this web application is 100% working and full proof security because users will be providing personal information through signup and along with purchasing things from the shop on this app.

regarding your payment rules, no issues, we agree. but, there is NO guarantee this project will end in 7 days, simply because you didn't provide any details about your back end portal, and you didn't mention there will be an e-commerce website for people to (purchasing things from the shop on this app), which means there are products, categories, clients, orders sections ...etc. NO body can do it from scratch in 7 days, mission impossible, [ Database designing, relations and creation at least needs 2 days ], besides according to your estimation ( 18h X 7d X $65 = $8190 !!!! ). the only fast way is either to buy a ready made script and costomize it, or buy a custom made script and also costomize it ( which exactly what we provide here, we have our own custom made e-commerce and back end portal with all features ), and both solutions are much cheaper than your estimation and will be finished in less than 7 days. if you need more details, please contact me.
