Ok we are looking for somebody to make us a basic seating maintenance webapp /website The basic premise is to allow end user to booking / request repairs and or parts to seats within their venue.. MAIN FUNCTIONS 1, Allow company to MAP / ADD seating (add row name + seat number) + add parts used per seat *This info is done by the maintenance company, per theatre.. Parts will be added too.. 2, Allow theatre manager to select seat by ROW + NUMBER then Select parts / repairs needed * They can then create a basic order / request list to send as EMAIL + Log in system EXTRA ELEMENTS 1, import Parts list from CSV = Part ID | Part Name | Part Description YES there is a lot more to it, but those are the 3 main goals KEY POINTS Needs to be super simple, clean and easy to use.. NO ECOMMERCE ELEMENT PLEASE READ DOC ATTACHED BEFORE BIDDING / CONTACTING DO NOT JUST SEND COPY + PASTED MESSAGE! WE ARE READY TO START ASAP.. BIDDERS MUST BE ###### BE Fluent in English BE Available Monday - Friday between 8am - 7pm GMT (at least 70% of the time) BE flexible, we won't change direction without expecting cost, but we may tweak the route. Be Contactable via Skype + Email + telephone if possible BE FULL OF COMMON SENSE. * when we suggest something, dont be afraid to advises us as to why we shouldn't or how we could do it.. HI sir I have developed similar systems before and here based on your requirement you'll require User management with few user roles, parts management with stocks, Orders management, Mails and etc. For this system we can use PHP Codeignitor, Ajax data loading, Tables with Column search, Column sorting, Column width adjust, Change the column order, Advance filtering, Quick Edit and Detailed edit option and views, and fast screen switching with a template system thus lots of time can be saved when using the system and it will be really beneficial for your staff they will willingly use the system. Also I'll make sure to create options such duplicate record cards; so you don't need to fill conman data again and again and alos On Type suggestions where necessary thus data insert , update process will be faster and easier.
