Chinese Developer needed - Simple code igniter based input sheet -- 3

I need a simple interface with the following - A 5 column input sheets (for all 30+ users) with username and password of that person - Each Sheet to be synced with a dedicated google sheet link (30+ links to be provided) - Possibly a csv or excel upload to be mapped to the 5 columns as well as manual input to the sheet (Easy excel like) - If the user changes data, the change log should be recorded in column 6. Interface can be codeigniter or any simple framework.
