Complete a small web application on Google Maps

A couple of years ago, the product Google Fusion table was used to create a Google Maps with embeded data. See [login to view URL] Recently, because of a modification of Google terms of use (I believe) the maps now shows with "For development only". The fix would require things that I'm not sure I can manage. Also, there was an intention at the creation of this map to insert an algorithm that would also be able to triangulate the value at a point where no data exists.
