Convert a CodeIgniter Website to a WordPress Plugin, with smart phone app support

I hired a developer to create a WordPress plugin that would provide a custom-built calendar, scheduling, and timesheet system accessible via smart phone (iPhone and Android) that also gets customer data from Quickbooks Online.
When the developer finally delivered the product, I learned that he had created it for CodeIgniter instead of WordPress, which is definitely not what I ordered.
I need someone to convert what he built into a WordPress plugin, with all of the functionality he built into the CodeIgniter version.
I attached both his final software plus the original pdf document I gave to him to reference when he built it.
Please examine the files carefully before submitting your bid. I am not impressed by people who bid before they study the project.
