Create a html email responsive template for a conference

I'm looking for someone who can create a html email responsive template for a conference we are holding. The invitation MUST have the same look and feel as our event website ([login to view URL]) and MUST have the same look and feel in all major desktop, web-mail, mobile ẹmail clients and compatible with Android, iPad, iPhone, IOS, Apple Mail , Live Mail, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo applications. Be as creative as you like, however be aware this will be sent to IT people. MUST BE COMPLETED BY 9am Sydney Australia time on the 28th May 2015.
