Create a sliding calculator Wordpress plugin

I need a sliding calculator that will range from 10K to 250K and be able to show a monthly payment and down payment based on the dollar amount the slide bar is on. I will give you the rates for these calculations and it will all be on a 60 month term. It also needs to have a call to action button that I can assign where it directs the customer to on my website. Im currently using Divi builder and if your familiar that would be great as it would intigrate right in. Below is a photo of exactly what Im looking for with the addition of a down payment field that populates as well.
