Create A Web - Based Leader Board

I'm looking for an experienced developer or programmer who has experience building leader boards. I would like you to build me a leader board with the following features: Prevents hackers from cheating and manipulating scores on the leader board. Award points according to the desired behaviour based on the incentives. Uses geo - location and ip address technology to redirect contestants outside of the UK and non - English speaking countries to different urls. Uses a Cowrie honeypot to monitor hackers and prevent them from cheating on the leader board. This will further stop any interruption and not spoil the user experience of the leader board. Utilizes HTACCESS to redirect my domain URLS to other websites selling my products and refer people. Once that is done, I would like you to create a video tutorial showing me how to test all the functions of the leader board. Also, I would like you to create a feature where contestants can upload a picture to the leader board to represent their team.
