Create a WordPress website and marketing

I'm a first time published author and need some help to get my book https://www.amazon.com/Dimensional-Adventures-Arabella-Dimension-Butterfly/dp/1547053194/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1521461263&sr=8-1&keywords=karen+dowers out to the public arena & sold. The person most likely to win this project will have the lowest bid with the highest numbers on positive feedback. I've gone above my small budget but I am setting up time frame milestones for the person I hire. I am looking for an expert (have you created websites for authors?) that can help me with the following list in the order needed: ** URGENT, RIGHT NOW PROJECT: Help finish building a Wordpress website, put my book trailer on it and help with some content writing. I don't feel author websites are crucial and need to be super fancy but they are necessary and with a book trailer, I think it's a good idea for me to have one. I recently started the process with a Wordpress website, (not the free choice but the one above it, personal'). I've had pressing family issues come up and I do not have the time nor the expertise to complete it and need help to get it done ASAP. The URL (not sure if I should use my name or book name) needs to be set up quickly so I can have it added to the trailer for the book information and also for it to be linked to where my book is being sold. *Create a theme and a personalized header * Craft an attractive Home page but make sure all the pages have content to identify who I am. From what I read, bloggers & other people don’t necessarily go to home page. *Make the homepage navigation or menu system absolutely clear—have a clear path for people to find out more information about who I am (“About”), how to contact me (“Contact”), and the book (with picture) I’ve authored. Also, I want to be careful that my homepage doesn’t automatically default to showing blog posts—I’m not ready to do the blogging yet. *Set up blog post that can be used when I'm ready and at a later date, I may need some article writing provided or help getting guest blog writers. I don't want to do the blog myself. I’m spread too thin already and I have another book to write! *Links on all pages where my book can be purchased *SEO building and high google ranks * Internet Marketing * Social Media Marketing (don’t have face book or any of the other social media profiles set up as an author yet) * Help market the book trailer
