We would like to begin during the next 3 months with the Mining of our own Cryptocurrency and search for this concept a programmer. The COINS should be "mined" not like with BitCoin by many single, external Miners, but Centrally only by us in different computer centres. Minded COINS should be managed Centrally by us to hand them over at a later time to our investors.

Im an expert at making coins. I am the dev for quite a few different ones currently on markets. Lets talk more. I can get this done for you pretty fast. It sounds like you want a POS coin. No mining with conventional hardware. With POS it mines from the coins you have in your wallet and it returns a reward based on coin age.
