custom mod for x-cart / enable a customer service function to input phone orders

wwwHope you have a solution to this. I'm desperate. I need to enable our customer service (CS) reps to input orders into x-cart that we receive by phone. The deal is that the products we sell are priced depending on your membership level. I need to enable CS to quickly "assign" a membership level for a new customer (or register them quickly) OR look up - log-in a current member to get their pricing structure. Here's a quick spec that I wrote. Do you have anything or know of any custom mods that do this? GOAL: To enable X-cart for our internal customer service representatives (CS) to input customer orders. NEEDS: Create a special page (or series of pages) for CS use only (maybe make CS a special membership level so the admin could assign members, but keep it hidden to all others???). These pages should do the following" - First page will allow CS to do one of the following: a: FOR A NEW CUSTOMER: select the product pricing levels to display "Select pricing for new customer", as defined by membership levels. Display a radio button for each available membership level. Use Apply button and Clear button b: FOR AN EXISTING CUSTOMER: conduct a search for the customer based on last name &/or company &/or zip (using any combination of these). CS can select appropriate customer from a list that is returned. CS logs in as that customer. - Progression of x-cart and the second page displayed will depend on method "a" or "b" above: if method a was used: Show all products (and appropriate prices) available to the membership level selected. Checkout normally as an anonymous customer. if method b was used: Show all products available to the selected member (based on their approved membership level) and allow CS to checkout for that member as usual. Allow CS ability to modify customer information (change name, shipping address, etc) during checkout if necessary. - ID/flag orders completed by CS for future reference. I can send you a picture of what I think the CS main screen might look like, having conducted a search for a customer that already has a membership.
