DDEX Compliant XML Feed Music Delivery Tool for a Small Digital Music Distributor

We need a piece of software/program created for Mac that is defined has a "DDEX (Digital Data Exchange) Compliant XML Feed" for delivering music to digital music services such as Spotify for example, and also for gathering sales data, royalty data, other metadata, etc. We wish to avoid using digital aggregators such as Distrokid for example to deliver the music of our artists on to Digital Service Provider platforms. It must be a software/delivery tool with a delivery system that has a DDEX compliant XML feed and is capable of all the b2b transfer requirements that are necessary to comply with the rules of the various DSP's in the music world.
