Design and build a website along with content help

We are essentially looking to create a simple and sleek splash page in order to gather data on a given market along with appetite for a service we are in the process of developing. Typical questions and answers:- How many pages (Home, About, Contact etc.)? One page, we would like a scrolling website. Short and concise with four sections: 1. What it is / What we do(?) 2. Customer Benefits 3. How it Works 4. Interested? Subscribe Text for website/pages? There is a large amount of text which we are yet to refine, we would like your creative input to help finish it off. Images? Please can you find stock images for us. If you feel that there are some decent images that have to be paid for on Shutterstock for example then please let us know and we will consider. Corporate identity - any ideas you have on colours etc.? Your creative input on this would be great. We have a selection of thoughts within our briefing document. Logo? We would like the name to be our logo for now, although we are open to your input? What unique features you require (integrated blog, scheduling, online shop etc.?) 1. Subscribe bar in the option/menu ribbon at the top of the page and also at the bottom of the page in the subscribe section 2. Responsive, so that anyone can view this page on both computer and mobile 3. Analytics - integrated so we are able to track a user's behaviour 4. Sharing - ability to share this splash page on social networks including Facebook, Twitter etc etc. We would also like your opinion on this, there may be other features that you believe would fit well on this type of website. When do you need it by and when can I get started? Get started as soon as we agree a time frame and price. We would like it ready by second week of February, is this possible? The sooner the better. As I am sure you are aware this job is split between web development, graphic design and content creation.
