Design and implement Prestashop website

We are Citech Panama, a Panamanian company that provides services of website development, app development, graphic design. Right now we are interested in hiring freelancers on a different time zones so that we can speed up our delivery schedules. We need to make and set up a design for a sports supplement online shop. This site is already configured with prestashop 1.6.0.5 which is a requirement in order for the stock module to work. The design needs to be simple, minimalist and responsive. An example of how the site could look from another online shop: [login to view URL] The load and import of products is not necessary as there is a module that already takes care of that on the store back-end side. So the only requirement is the design of the website.
