App to login will be provided to guards or supervisors. They can view the cameras installed on an image like google map pointer. If there will be any emergency then guard or supervisor will click a button in the APP and that camera will start recording video and will store that into the system with which camera is attached. Telephony: Send reminder call security guard phone Read if the call came in Send notification to supervisor if the call has not come in Notification: SMS, EMAIL + Db logging for supervisor The first call a Guard gets is at the start of the shift to check if they have reported to the duty; if not reported, it notifies the supervisor (please see shift handover logic) 7. Shift Handover logic: When the supervisor logs out, an option appears asking if he wants to handover the shift to another person If no, he is logged out of dashboard normally If yes, an OTP is set to the supervior who is in the next shift The next person has to enter this OTP code to login If a supervisor wants to login without a OTP code he can login but he has to give a reason (the list of reason is shown in the drop down list). then Notification is sent to Manager / Site supervisor about this non conformance Then the software loads all the gaurds who are reporting to the new shift A Shift reporting call is made to all the gaurds. If a particular guard does not report it is shown on the screen to the supervisor Let me know the total Time Required in Man months including testing and deployment for each section.
