Your current site is not in Bootstrap!! - Whatever, I think it is better to start from scratch. Hey, not the complete site just the template files. I would say, it will take less time and cost instead playing with this files and css. As css is tricky thing and if you will change anything here it would affect on other place and we will be in an infinite loop. Do not award now, come for a discussion and give me access of the files.
