Editable slider with Image Map and legend - WordPress

Hi, I need to provide a slider with image map and legend as a part of the page. The final view/screenshot is in the attachment. You can use a tool like [login to view URL] for mapping view. The legend on the right must be applied. When you click on a legend element, the appropriate area on the image must be highlighted. This should work in another way as well - when you hover on the flat element, the appropriate legend element must be highlighted. All should work responsive with 320px minimum and fit in the box in maximum width. On mobile view <=989px taping on a mapped element should show the tooltip with information from the legend. You can use ACF with the repeatable field to provide elements. But an editor must have a tool to add a new flat. The slider must allow adding unlimited independent views of flats.
