Hello.. You must first update the magento store to latest version.. There are many changes in latest version specially regarding payment gateways so most probably this error is coz of older version of magento. The error msg means that proper amount is not being passed to paypal.. or may be currency issue.. Anyway I can solve the issue and update your magento and fix any other issues I found.. Thanks
