My new website is having an issue where it is saying my allowed memory size is exhausted. I cannot upload photos and I am unable to access the home page due to this error. I tried the step where you add the "define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );" line. I've read online that I need to add some stuff to a [login to view URL] file but I'm not sure I have access to this. The site is hosted with Hostgator. I need this issue fixed ASAP. I'm sure someone who is tech savvy can fix this issue in a couple of minutes, hence the low budget. Thanks!
