Flatsome woo commerce theme setup for my eCommerce site - Pro Woo commerce developer needed

I currently have a small (35 products) magento shop that I am moving to woocommerce. I have wpengine hosting and the site ready to customise. I am using the Flatsome theme. I need a woocommerce specialist who is experienced with flatsome to help me get the theme setup as I want. I have Yoast premium SEO plugin and will buy perfectseourls plugin and any others needed. I want to lose the /shop and instead have the shop located at the site root, I am wanting to keep URL structure as SEO friendly as it can be and match it to how my magento site is. So the homepage will be similar to one of the demo layouts, but then I want my menu showing, 'category one' , 'category 2' category3' blog and so on. I will supply images to replace stock ones. I have got stuck in setting the theme up as I am really experienced with Magento (I have had enough of its awkwardness after years of using it) but still finding my way around how woocommerce is customised. I know wordpress well , not woocommerce so you MUST be very experienced at setting up optimised woocommerce shops. SEO and optimised page speed is critical to my site. I have 10 demo products on there currently to get the setup done. I will add the actual products as soon as the template is done. All the old content will be copied on to the new style pages. The homepage will be very similar to the standard template, I do not plan on custom features, maybe a few more plugins. I will do this as a fixed job, but as there may be changes as its done, we can add hours on if the project runs over. It shouldn't take that long because I have content to transfer and am using standard template features. Plus its a very small store. I would ask you to bid for 8-10 hours work initially or whatever you think works for you.
