Freelance Developer needed to build a Quiz Web App

I need to build an HTML5 or progressive web app that can run and looks good on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone. The app is a quiz game for a marketing promotion campaign during Christmas and we estimate it will mostly be played on mobile phones or tablets. The specs are the following: 1. The app is meant to be played after Christmas meals with family and friends. The group is split in two teams that play the quiz game. 2. Users will scan a QR code which will take them to the website. 3. App should look good on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone, it will mostly be played on phones. 4. 2 teams/players should be able to play, with their scores visible. Both teams play with the same phone/tablet. 5. The app selects questions randomly from a database of about 350 questions. We will provide questions and answers and fill the database. Database can be implemented as mysql database, XML, JSON file or whatever technology the developer chooses. 6. Questions are posed alternately to Team A and Team B. A representative from Team A reads the question that appears on screen to Team B, they answer orally, the Team A sees the correct response on screen and scores the question as correct or incorrect. Then they switch roles and Team B asks a question to Team A. 7. There should be and 'End Game' icon, if you press it the game ends and the winning Team is displayed with its score. 8. Some "prize" questions should also appear randomly during the game, they are addressed to the group as a whole and do not count for each team's score. These questions will be multiple choice, 4 possible answers, with a time limit to answer (aprox 45 seconds) and must be scored by the app. If the question is answered correctly the group wins a given prize that they can collect at a store - they can then fill a form where they leave their name and email and receive a confirmation email. 9. The prize confirmation email will contain a link to a small form on the web where they confirm name and email and select the store where they will pick up the prize from a dropdown list. Another email is sent with the confirmation of prize and store for pickup. 10. We will provide text for both emails. 11. Questions should be displayed in a nice way, app should include our logo and graphic elements. Our in house designer can design backgrounds, buttons, icons or anything else you might need. 12. It is not necessary to store anything from one game to the next, each game you play is completely independent. 13. Game should be executed on our server, equipped with ubuntu 20.04 linux with apache, mysql and PHP 7.2 but we can install anything else you need. 14. Everything should be in catalan language, we will provide all translations. Basically, as long as the web app complies with requirements the freelancer has absolute freedom to choose whatever technology he prefers. But the final project has to be hosted on our server.
