Google Form Customization

I would like to set up two custom features on an existing Google Form that, I have been advised, should be possible using Google Scripts: - Configure automatic redirection based on the provided email address. Ideally, if the form does not recognize the email address, or if the email address has not been previously entered within the last 30 days, the form would redirect to a full version of the form. If the email address has been previously entered within the last 30 days, the form redirects to a condensed version of the form requesting only limited information. - The form automatically assigns a designation associated directly to the email address provided. This designation is unknown to the person completing the form, and is used for anonymity purposes when aggregating data. The coding should not affect our ability to update the form questions or manage the form in any way. Finally, whatever coding is used should be relatively straightforward for my team to manage on our own. I will provide limited access to a demo Google Form, which is identical to the live version, to the person, or team, who feel they can complete this task within 24 hours. The coding should be easily transferable to the live version. I am not willing to go over the designated budget, nor am I willing to make a payment outside of Freelancer, so please take that into consideration.
