Housing Society Project

Hi, We arte looking for developing a website for a Housing Society wherein Secure Login is required for Admin, Secretary and others. Admin Controls everything. Secretary Controls uploading files (jpg, png, pdf, txt,) to the pages. Others should have New Log in/Sign in support. It is suppose to be a simple website with pages about the members details and login tab. Some pages are visible to all the viewers and some pages are restricted to members only. The login panel should ask for Admin Login, Secretary Login, Member Login and Guest Login. Admin - controls all the login approvals for the viewers, visitors, guests Secretary - controls login of page archives like uploading (images, inputting text) but will not have permissions for publish unless and until approved by the admin. Guest and others - will have to sign in to login in. The sign will be allowed once the admin approves them. For Others - the website will have to maintain an email data base of the members to whom a notification is given whenever an information is updated. Also if they wish to send them a mailer. Info on the pages - Society Committee details, Members details. Activities of Events. This is a non-profit making organization hence, the quote has to really cost-effective.
