Improve my single page (One Page) website AND make the one page fludi design

Need my single page website: 1. fluid design so that it automatically adjusts to any screen size and width on all browsers and mobile phones. I want the text of the website to appear on the single page evenly so there is no big gaps when viewed. If you have some ideas to make the one page site design better I like to hear your idea. Show me sample. 2. I do not want the text of the website changed but just need better color on mobile appearance so its easier to read. Make it darker gray like this: [login to view URL] 3.
