This project was started by a local developer here in Nigeria but he seems be stucked at the moment. We are designing a website for consumers of any products, service in Nigeria to submit complaints about certain products or service or a company. It will also have a functionality whereby community users can ask or answer a question on certain any subject. We are trying to have two platforms on a website, more of a web application. One is the portal for complaints consumers and Resolution by company representatives/costumer care. Here we are trying to integrate [login to view URL] into this portal to make it interactive and fun for the consumers The other platform is a forum; a discourse community where people ask questions and answer them. We are trying to integrate Vanilla forum into this platform and redesign it to suit our purpose. NB> Who gets this project depends on the mode of payment because I am from Nigeria and have limited options in payment except bitcoins. Price for bidding starts from $150 - $200(Not more than)
