iredmail not sending emails - need fix

Hi there, I'll need some extra info about the server: Which OS is running? I'd need SSH access, is it OK for you? Did it ever worked? Are you using an internal SMTP server? It's OK if you don't have the answer to those questions, but I need the access to the admin panel to investigate and fix it.

I have extensive knowledge on email systems and am sure that I will be able to fix this. Outbound email issue can occur due to various reasons including outbound port issue or SMTP services related. Sometimes this happens due to blacklisting as well. The real cause can be found after system analysis.
