When editing a UserProfile of our Joomla-based Website, there's an area to input a Steam API and an agreement checkbox. If the latter is deactivated, it should also remove all Database entries (aka clear the autocomplete box). Apparently, it is not. What occurs is that when I recheck and save, it merely pulls back the same exact ones that it deleted. This is unfortunate because we need it to pull in new ones from the code. The old code would input (this is a gaming website) the games and apply the wrong platform to them. The new code should fix this, but the coder who did it isn't too familiar with Joomla and doesn't know how to get rid of those entries.
