I have the following setup: Client: Windows Desktop with printer attached over local IP Server: Ubuntu server with CUPS installed and running, also running x2go I connect from the client to server using a x2go client, I can access all the resources apart from being able to print on the client printer. I am following the 2 guides here: [login to view URL]:howto:x2goclient-file-sharing [login to view URL]:installation:printing printer redirection or the folder sharing tunnel over ssh is not working. I need someone to help me troubleshoot what is the issue. My objective is to use the remote server, do all the processing and when I click Print, it should print on the local printer attached to the windows machine. Please ask if you have any further questions.

I hope you have linux file and print services installed on Windows Client. But why you may want print via remote session(server). I recommend configure Samba/Cups on Linux Server and try a few other things as well to make ensure it works intended way.
