Linux host needs to be accessed from browser using hostname.

I installed InsightIQ (a software tool used for performance reporting from another host) that is supposed to be accessible using the hostname or FQDN from browser. When I type the Linux VM name, the browser returns as "It Works". But when I type the InsightIQ C-name, it returns "This site can’t be reached". I Need someone to troubleshoot help resolve the problem. It requires Linux/Unix skill. I only can allow the freelance to access the host from my computer. So Teamviewer is needed.

hello faruque, the reason that you get the "It works" message is because the virualhost of the domain is not defined or its because of the default [login to view URL] file taking precedence. I will check and fix the issue right away.. Please message me back to discuss the details and get started.. thank you..
