Looking for a Drupal 7 Developer

We are developing a new website in Drupal 7 and I need some tasks completed, possibly with some custom Drupal coding. Job is paid by a hourly rate and you may be used in the future to maintain the code and write additional functionality (payable at time of completion). I need the ability for a registered user of this website, to text an SMS number (number is not registered yet), and once that SMS message is sent and received, it turns on an image (which is used for availability - green circle is available, red circle is not available). After 24 hours, I need this availability image to be reset (meaning if it is on, it goes back to red). I need the Drupal site to be constantly reaching out to the SMS system looking for new messages. I'm looking for a developer to write the custom code needed (the availability image will show up on both the user's profile page as well as their individual content type page. I am also looking for suggestions on the type of SMS service to use for this. Because of the details of this project, and the fact that the website has not launched yet for our project, the contractor chosen will be provided with a copy of a Non-Disclosure agreement that they will need to sign and send back to us. A copy of the NDA will be provided to the contractor upon acceptance of this project. There will be no access to the existing Drupal setup, as it is not fully functional. End work will be provided via zip files or Feature modules. The Drupal version being used is Drupal 7.56.
