Hi, we are using Magento 1.9.2.2 with Apptha marketplace, Ultimo theme. On our check out page we have different shipping speed and payment mode. Our requirement is when a customer selects one particular type of shipping (say standard) and one particular type of payment mode (say online/credit card) the shipping charges should become zero (waived off) and reflected in the checkout page.

Are you using magento default one page checkout? Or onestep checkout? If onestep checkout then When you select any shipping method/payment method, then order summery section reloads?
