Mailreader project

Hi all, I want a java application which can read mails in junk folder and make it not junk ( or move in inbox) for Hotmail , msn, outlook and live ISP. Application will open every ( Hotmail , msn, outlook and live) email id using proxy IP, we will provide proxy IP , password, email id, password as input in a file. Not all emails in junk folder will be move, only specific keyword which will be in subject those email will be move in inbox. Ex. if we will provide "TODAY" as a keyword, all emails with subject having keyword "TODAY" will be opened and read and mark as not junk (or moved in inbox)
