Make a locked webshop for reorders

We are looking for someone to make a webshop/online order system where customers can login, see specific products and prices for their user/company. It should have a simple reorder system where they see a picture and specification of the product, select amount, add notes and order the product. It needs to be simple and intuitive. Here's how we imagine the workflow being: When a customer orders a product from our company we take a picture of the finished product that we can use for the shop. We then create a new company on the site, assign a user(some companies needs to have more users). Only login page is visible before the customer have logged into the site with his username and password. Create a new product, add the prices, add production time and product info, options for shipping or pickup and adding the product to the company. The user goes to the site. [login to view URL], Enters his username and password. Once he enters the site he sees only products for his company. No other products. He can then select the product he wants, enter the amount and a comment/note if there are any changes. He then orders the product, select accept terms and etc. Option to select different delivery address, Add delivery within date/Select Rush order option(email to admins if selected, if not selected it goes just to our company email, Also some products might have extra fees if rush order is selected.). Once the order is placed the customer gets an order confirmation with expected delivery date. Email is sent to our company email(and admins if rush order selected), We then can login to a admin backend to mark orders as finished. If customer selected shipping we get an option to add tracking number, if so the customer gets the shipping info when we mark the order as complete. If no shipping is selected they just get an email informing them the product is ready for pickup. It needs to be simple, fast and intuitive. The customers should be able to use computers, phones or tablets so it should be responsive. The site will only be for customers we give access so no SEO is needed.
