I need an automated landingpage generator script

I need someone who can install on a sub domain or directory on my site a script that my members can use to just copy and paste there autoresponder code, has to work with Aweber and Getresponse at least. Once they entered their information I need a landing page with an opt in form to be generated automatically for each member. Also they need to be able to paste their affiliate link into a field to where the page will redirect after a vistor opt in to my members email list. And last I need to be able to add a video with instructions for members how to setup their landing pages once the script is done. Site is built in Wordpress.
