Need to develop a DMS wordpress plugin

Hi i am looking for a wordpress DMS plugin with the following features 1. User management - Role based 2. Create document structure with nested folders and documents 3. Creating documents from templates 4. Auto creating folders & documents based on the templates created 5. Creating pages from predefined HTML templates, so user just need to type the data 6. Workflow for each document. The workflow has to be started automatically 7. Simple search and advance search to search the stored documents 8. Documents must have public option in backed , so those documents can be available in search result 9. metadata for each document etc., I need to complete this project within 15 days. I looking for a good and dedicated team who is already having experience in Wordpress plugins.
