Need to develop a tool

I need to build a marketing tool that finds websites using a specific keyword and then scan for coding errors, page rank, and position for this keyword, number of backlinks. the tool will extract the email owner for each website and then we can send emails with my SMTP server for these websites using the pieces of information above besides an option to extract these emails in CSV or txt format. I attached a demo of how the web application work.
