Need Developer for Class Scheduling/Logging app, Teacher, Student and class management

Hello, freelancer :) I am in need of an app that will have some basic capabilities at first. I am an English teacher and I wish to make it easier to manage my students, classes and partner teachers. I wish to have a full app, but my budget is low, so I wish to break it up into modules. Possibly every month have a part of it developed. So below I am listing many features, but not all are necessary to be included in the MVP: ***Spash Screen ***Logo ***4 Levels of Access: student, parent, teacher, school. Can start with School and Teacher access and later add student and parent. ***Agenda/Contact List (Student registers and provides their info and I have access to it, like an agenda) ***A form where I can select registered student/classroom and add class details. Has to be searchable. In the future provide graphs. ***Student profile tab with their data, list classes they've had (which was registered by the teacher), the level their in, how many classes they purchased, how many they have left, function to invite friends ***Ability to register teachers. Have log of how many classes given, how much they should be paid, etc. For future releases: -Calendar with ability to schedule classes (booking capabilities) with the option of scheduling repeated classes (ex. every Tuesday and Thursday) -Payment processing capabilities -File sharing/access based on level -Student would have the ability to listen to the class or watch a recorded video of the class -Student will be able to study within the app -Student profile and class log databases connected to WordPress site I am okay with starting with some crucial functionality first and then adding more. I am able to design some things on Photoshop. I can provide screens of what I wish to accomplish with this project. Thank you for your time.
