Need SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Solution Expert - Possibly with a developer team.

We would like to build Hiring Platform and need SaaS Solution Expert for that - (possibly with developer team - but not mandatory). Expert will initially be working on planning phase with us and then will function as Technical project manager during development phase. Requirements of expert- - Understands multi-tenant architecture and has delivered intermediate to large scale SaaS projects in past with functionality of heavy back-end web development and cloud storage integration. - Strong knowledge of all web-technologies. - Front end development is NOT priority for now since lot of back end work needs to be done. - Understands and practiced trending technologies used in SaaS development. - Practiced server-side and client-side scripting. . - Strong analytical skills familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to rapidly learn a complex and multifaceted programs. - Have developed API and scalable code. - Working knowledge of data structure. - AWS, Microsoft Azure SQL Database, Oracle database as a service OR similar - Pro in integrating payment gateways and secure cloud payment processing. - Managed team of software development team - 5-10 members. (preferable, not required) - Used version control - Git. - Knowledge of Project Management tool. Please note- - Send us link / demo of LARGE scale SaaS project you have developed in past - and your role in that. - If you are a company please don’t quote full fixed price to develop this platform. We have been outsourcing work since a decade now and had many issues in fixed quotation project after they deliver product/service. - Provide us information on number of experts and developers need to develop this and their hourly rate (it can be different for solution expert, designer, developers). We want to keep it simple- Number of hours they will all work = We will pay amount, we will agree upon.
