I need website developer to add few features to my aldreay existing website. I have all the domains and the databases. Feaatures will include, login, lottery, offerwall and microwallet for bitcoin and dogecoin that will be directly connected to FaucetHub.

Looking for someone that has HTML, JAVASCRIPT AND CSS knowledge to add some extra features to my bitcoin/doge faucet website. Such as login, lottery and offerwall features. The freelancer should also understand a little about databases because I want all my current information to stay the same even if we need to create a new database they need to carry on. Requirement 1: A log-in based microwallet system. I currently I have about 2000 users and 8000 sessions per day. Every user is stored in my database with bitcoin address. Every 5min I am giving away bitcoin/dogecoin to these users. I want this bitcoins to be paid to their "microwallet" address that will be stored in my website. And option to withdraw it to "FaucetHub" walltet. Currently it is being paid directly to FaucetHub. Requirement 2: A lottery system. So the users can buy lottery tickets with the bitcoins that they have earned from my website. And I as the owner of the website get a percentage from the winner. 2 lottery one for doge and one for bitcoin and the winner will be chosen every 1 hour. There will be 3 winners, one that wins most of the reward, then second and third winner. I will send a website that is similar to what I want: [login to view URL] The user enters their bitcoin address to login, once their enter they can claim bitcoins every 5min. This bitcoin is stored in the microwallet of the site. With this bitcoin they can play the dice game (in my case I want lotter) and when the bitcoins reach 10000 satoshi they can withdraw it from the website to another wallet. User is capable of seeing how many bitcoin they have stored on their website and once this number reaches 10k they can withdraw.
