Open Cart v3.0.2.0 extensions module not loading

I have a problem that when I load the extensions module on my OC site it just loads a blank page. I have checked the error logs and theres nothing logged on the server control panel or OC logs. I have cleared the cache. I have checked the config file to make sure the right URL's and home path are being used. Everything else on the website seems to be working fine, I have added new products and had sales through it without issue. I do not know when this started happenign as I havent needed to go on to this section for a few months. I would like someone to troubleshoot and get my extensions page back working as soon as possible please. Any questions please ask.
