Parse data from a remote page and list (PHP)

There is a public page where stolen items are listed and is updated by users. There does not appear to be a API to get this listing so I will need to remotely scrape the content (PHP) to get each item from the remote page into a plain listing which will allow me to 1. Get all data from the post 2. Grab the image into a local environment The data is in a fairly standard bootstrap layout so shouldn't cause too many problems.
