Hello. If I understood you correctly, you have some PDF files with and overlay layer of OCR text. Do you want to highlight text inside of the PDF document and save to it? Need more info about extracting. It is not a problem, but just need a better understanding of what needs to be extracted and added to the database. Are you planning to make something like a indexing of PDF files?
