php to generate content

I need a php to generate content or file based on a simple template. I have the data in csv file(i can import to mysql if needed). Here is my sample data: eh1a,nameeh1a,addresseh1a eh1b,nameeh1b,addresseh1b eh1c,nameeh1c,addresseh1c eh2a,nameeh2a,addresseh2a eh2b,nameeh2b,addresseh2b eh2c,nameeh2c,addresseh2c eh3a,nameeh3a,addresseh3a eh3b,nameeh3b,addresseh3b eh3c,nameeh3c,addresseh3c ..... eh100a,name100a,address100a eh100b,name100b,address100b eh100c,name100c,address100c The template is something like this: This is %nameeh1a% , I live in %addresseh1a% This is %nameeh1b% , I live in %addresseh1b% This is %nameeh1c% , I live in %addresseh1c% So if I call the script e.g. php?name=eh1 , it will generate the content accordingly.
