php/TCPDF: need code to print images from blobs with TCPDF

Hello, I need an expert PHP programmer to make me a simple PHP program that takes an image stored in a blob field from within a mysql table and makes it print using TCPDF. I am unable to get the image stored in a blob to print using TCPDF and I absolutely need this. So you will need to give me a program that works, using the simplest PHP possible. I would prefer that you do not use any other libraries, but only the basic most standard PHP and TCPDF, so I am sure it will run on every server without having to modify it or load special libraries. You will need to send me the finished program code, which I will then insert into my program and test. If your code works in my program then we are all happy and you get paid. This is a very easy and small job for someone who is a PHP expert so don't bid crazy amounts. Thank you
