Phpbb3 Templating

I have a forum at [login to view URL] that I need to be templated so it looks and matches the rest of the site. I want colors, icons, and everything else matching. The forum is already integrated. The theme is prosilver right now, I am going to add mods to this so I just need to make sure whatever work you do works with the template. Should be a very simple job changing minor formatting and colors. I want this done quickly so best price and speed gets the job...
