Proxy Creation Script - Upcloud

I need a script created that will start up Upcloud servers, allow each server to have 5 ip addresses (a unique setting that Upcloud offers), figure out a way to allocate all 5 ip addresses to be used as proxies(there is a way), and also run some commands, and then take the ip addresses under each server and list them with the already set port and username and password and put them into a txt file on the server. This script will be using the Squid Proxy on Ubuntu 16.04.
