Hello, I need someone to program me a very simple program. Here is all I need the program to do: - Behave very similar to @Voice Aloud Reader (it's available for free for Android phones) - Have the capability to read PDF's out loud with controls to increase/decrease rate. Pitch. And Volume. - I should be able to load a PDF, and it will highlight each paragraph (like in @Voice) even if the PDF has pictures in it. - Most importantly, this should be able to be used on the PC. Hi, I'm a student who is good at coding in python and I have done lot of projects related to this. This can be done using python using pdf scrapper to scrape the words from pdf and using especially we can read out the text and we can vary factors like pitch, speed. etc.. and we can create a vb.net program for gui. If given the task to me I will finish it with perfection and submit it to you before deadline
