SaaS Project - For teachers and students

We have plans for a SaaS service for teaching management and planning for schools. This SaaS includes systems of persons curriculas, teaching planning, employee resourcing, student registry, reporting and tools for students to manage their own studies. - - - - - - - Project Details This project is split into 2 parts and user environment and features are different even they are still tightly connected to each other by data communication System 1 System 1 is a system that includes all curriculas, annual plannings, timetables and planning for employee resourcing. (employees use) This also requires following strict requirements: - Meets kohvi 5-mandatory (V1) and critical (V2) integration requirements of the reference architecture - The system will be available in single sign-on (SSO) - Open Data-ready, for example, students can make their own applications using the APIs. - Is a fully web-based and will operate on any browsers without any plugins; Does not require to install clients (eg. Windows programs) - User-interfaces are responsive and scales for mobile use - Ability to change language of user-interfaces - Will provide personalized user interface and available actions based on user’s role in a system. - Uses relational database, fulfill SQL-specifications and base can be changed easily. - Database is documented, enables us to customize it at will - All code is developed for international environment (If someone from Britain will preview the code, he must understand each section and function names clearly) - Use Open-source technologies to develop this - Is secure (We will do security audition by an accredited third party to test this) System 2 System 2 is a system that includes registery and student workdesk. Student administration software, raporting, student workdesk to manage their own studying. Tool for timetable planning for students. As the quality is concerning issue here in Freelancer, we are required to take safety measures. I apologize that we have such a strict rules, but there is too many low quality software development studios and we will not pay for unfinished or poor quality development services. If your team is not able to make high quality code, then this project is not for you. - The code has to be clean and well written. If it has some major or critical bugs, they are required to be cleaned. (if not, we will hire third-party developers to fix them and their cost will decrease your payment) - The timetable what you have offered has to hold. If you provide us an unfinished projects that cannot be taken into full use by the deadline, the delay also decreases the payment by 5% for every month it is delayed. This is not to punish, but remind that what you promise, you must deliver. Delivery includes bug free project, when our third party developers review the code and find major or critical bugs, the project will bounce back to you for development.
